1. Product Information

All products sold by Trendfy Hub Official are artificial/fashion jewellery unless specifically stated otherwise. Product photographs are taken to represent the items as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, size, finish, stones, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing.

2. Jewellery Care

Artificial jewellery requires proper care to maintain its appearance. Customers are advised to:

• Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, lotion, cosmetics, and chemicals.
• Avoid wearing jewellery while bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
• Store each item separately in a dry and secure place.
• Clean jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.

Trendfy Hub Official is not responsible for discoloration, fading, tarnishing, broken stones, or other damage resulting from improper use, storage, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders will be processed after successful confirmation and/or payment, depending on the payment method selected. Trendfy Hub Official reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasonable circumstances.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in PKR and may be changed without prior notice. Any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or additional fees will be communicated during the ordering or checkout process.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing period. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law or where an item is received damaged or incorrect.

For other eligible items, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange. Items must be:

• Unused and unworn.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Change-of-mind returns may be subject to return shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order details along with clear photographs or videos of the item and packaging.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Natural Wear & Color Changes

Artificial jewellery may naturally fade, tarnish, or change color over time. The durability of plating and finishing depends on usage, storage, skin chemistry, moisture, perfumes, and other environmental factors. Such changes resulting from normal use are not considered manufacturing defects.

9. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Customers with sensitive skin or known metal allergies should review available product information before purchasing. Unless specifically described as hypoallergenic or made from a particular material, no such guarantee is provided.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes are subject to their stated validity periods and conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted by Trendfy Hub Official.

11. Intellectual Property

All original photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, graphics, and website/social media content belonging to Trendfy Hub Official may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trendfy Hub Official will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the misuse of products or failure to follow jewellery care instructions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Privacy

Customer information will be used only for legitimate business purposes, including processing orders, arranging deliveries, providing customer support, and communicating relevant order information, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Trendfy Hub Official reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to an order will be the version in effect when the order is placed.
